Dr Minh Kieu is a Lecturer in Transport Analytics at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Auckland. Originally from Vietnam, he obtained a PhD from Australia and worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds in the UK before he joined the University of Auckland in 2020.
He is an expert in data analytics, AI and computer simulation in transport. His research has been contributing to large projects for both the academia, such as the European Research Council and New Zealand’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, as well as the transportation industry, such as the Waka Kotahi and Ministry of Transport.
